Senior Quality Analyst ( Onsite )

Department: Data & Analytics

Location: Noida / Gurugram (Hybrid – 2 to 3 Days in Office)

Contract Duration: 6 to 12 Months ( Extendable )

Experience Required: 6 to 8 Years

Shift Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM IST

Mandatory Skills : BFSI / Insurance domain experience (preferably Property & Casualty)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Quality Analyst to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced development environment. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in API testing (manual), SQL/database validation, and insurance domain knowledge (preferably P&C insurance). This role will be pivotal in ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of our commercial property insurance software product.

Proficiency in functional and API automation using tools such as Rest Assured or Selenium will be a significant advantage.

Mandatory Skill Set:

  • Strong manual API testing experience
  • Proficiency in SQL (writing complex queries, data validation)
  • Solid understanding of Database testing
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Insurance domain experience (preferably Property & Casualty)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Testing & Quality Assurance
  • Perform manual testing across multiple related products ensuring functionality, reliability, and usability.
  • Conduct API testing using tools like Postman or SOAPUI, ensuring seamless integration across systems.
  • Write and execute complex SQL queries to validate data integrity and troubleshoot database issues.
  • Collaborate closely with developers and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into detailed test plans and test cases.
  • Identify, report, and track bugs using test management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps).
  • Ensure proper documentation of test results, issues, and processes.

Domain Expertise

  • Leverage knowledge of the insurance domain (P&C preferred) to build relevant and comprehensive test suites.
  • Ensure test coverage aligns with real-world business scenarios and compliance requirements.
  • Automation & CI/CD (Added Advantage)
  • (Optional but preferred) Develop and maintain automated scripts for functional and API testing using tools like Rest Assured or Selenium.
  • Contribute to automation framework design and maintenance.
  • Participate in CI/CD pipelines and continuous quality improvement.

Interview Process:

  • Round 1: In-person interview at client's Noida or Gurgaon office.
  • Round 2: Virtual/Online technical round.
  • Round 3: (Optional) Final round for senior candidates (7–8 years experience).

Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹70, ₹85,000.00 per month
