Job Summary: We are seeking an entry level HR Assistant to join our team. The role will involve a probation period of 1 month. This role combines both business development and recruitment responsibilities. The HR Assistant will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying their hiring needs, and filling vacancies by sourcing, filtering, and conducting basic interviews with candidates. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development:

  • Proactively reach out to potential clients to understand their hiring needs and propose staffing solutions.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand specific job vacancies, required qualifications, and timelines.


Recruitment:

  • Source, identify, and attract qualified candidates using various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and direct outreach.
  • Review and screen resumes to match candidates with specific job openings.
  • Conduct basic interviews to assess candidate fit based on client needs and job requirements.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients.
  • Maintain a pool of qualified candidates for future job opportunities.
  • Support candidates through the hiring process, from initial contact to final placement.


Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in HR, recruitment, or business development is a plus.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Familiarity with HR software and recruitment tools is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel).


Stipend: ₹10,0000 per month
