**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Cash Handling**: Manage daily cash transactions, maintain accurate records, and reconcile petty cash as needed.
- **Room & Car Booking**: Coordinate reservations for rooms and transportation, ensuring all arrangements meet guest and company standards.
- **Housekeeping Supervision**: Oversee housekeeping staff, ensuring cleanliness and maintenance of facilities, and addressing any issues promptly.
- **Weighment Management**: Handle the weighing and documentation of goods as necessary, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- **Guest House Management**: Manage guest house operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest services.
- **Petty Cash Handling**: Maintain and report on petty cash expenditures, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints.
- **Plant Administration**: Support plant operations through administrative duties, including scheduling and documentation.
- **Monthly Reports**: Prepare and submit monthly reports on financial transactions, housekeeping, and facility management.
- **Security Follow-Up**: Liaise with security personnel to ensure the safety and security of premises and personnel.
- **Manpower Handling**: Assist in managing workforce scheduling, attendance tracking, and coordination of temporary staff as needed.
**Qualifications**:
- 3-4 yrs experience in administrative roles or similar positions.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and relevant software.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with cash handling and financial reporting.
**Education**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
