Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve payroll-related issues effectively. Payroll Software Proficiency: Familiarity with payroll systems and databases. Knowledge of Regulations: In-depth understanding of payroll laws, regulations, and best practices. Confidentiality: Ability to handle sensitive employee data with discretion. Teamwork: A team player who can also work independently when required.
