Job Requirements

We are in search of a highly skilled Presales Business Analyst with expertise in crafting persuasive proposals, responding to RFPs, and generating comprehensive bid response documentation. The ideal candidate will possess adeptness in delivering impactful presentations to both internal stakeholders and clients. Familiarity with AWS and IT concepts such as technical architecture, coding languages, and cloud services is essential. Additionally, the candidate should bring experience in business analysis within delivery teams, ensuring seamless alignment between client requirements and project execution.


Responsibilities

● Proposal Writing: Develop detailed and compelling proposals tailored to client specifications, effectively showcasing the organization's capabilities and proposed solutions.

● RFP Response Writing: Crafts thorough and precise responses to requests for proposals (RFPs), addressing client requirements comprehensively and competitively.

● Bid Response Documentation: Prepare comprehensive bid response documents, incorporating technical and business elements to highlight the organization's value proposition effectively.

● Internal and Client Presentations: Create and deliver engaging presentations to internal teams and clients, articulating solution approaches, benefits, and cost estimations.

● Knowledge of AWS and IT Concepts: Maintain awareness of AWS services and possess familiarity with IT concepts such as technical architecture, coding languages, cloud services, etc., to provide informed guidance during presales activities.

● Business Analysis in Delivery Team: Collaborate closely with delivery teams to translate client requirements into actionable insights, ensuring alignment between business analysis and project execution.

● Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their objectives and challenges to tailor presales activities effectively.

● Market Research and Competitive Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor offerings to inform presales strategies and maintain a competitive edge. ● Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of presales activities, including proposals, presentations, and client communications. Provide regular reports to management on presales performance and opportunities.


Skills, Qualifications & Experience

● Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field. Master's degree preferred.

● Proven experience (3 to 5 years) in presales, business analyst or client-facing roles, with expertise in proposal writing, RFP response writing, and bid response documentation.

● Strong presentation skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to diverse audiences.

● Experience with MS Office (Excel in particular) and Google Docs is preferred

● Familiarity with AWS services and a solid understanding of IT concepts such as technical architecture, coding languages, cloud services, etc.

● Experience with business analysis methodologies and tools, ensuring alignment between client requirements and project execution.

● Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with internal and external stakeholders.

● Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.

● Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.
