About the Job: Looking for 4 to6 years experienced Business Analyst with Strong programming skills in languages like Python, R, for data analysis.

Job Title: Business Analyst

Location: Noida

Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or Engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to identify business problems and develop solutions that leverage data.
  • Lead the development and implementation of data-driven strategies to drive meaningful business results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key metrics, KPIs, and data requirements for product initiatives.
  • Query large datasets using SQL and curate data for the purpose of analytics.
  • Analyze large and complex data sets using to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain data visualizations and dashboards using Power BI that communicate insights to key stakeholders.
  • Design and execute A/B tests, analyze results, and provide actionable insights to optimize product features and functionalities.
  • Use data to identify opportunities for process improvements.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend innovative approaches for product analytics.

Skills Required:

  • Deep knowledge of statistical analysis.
  • Proficiency with SQL and data visualization tools such as Power BI.
  • Strong programming skills in languages like Python, R, for data analysis.
  • Ability to communicate complex findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-starter who is comfortable with ambiguity.

Additional Requirements: 3+ years of experience working as a Business Analyst, Data Scientist, or similar role – preferably supporting manufactured products
