Role & responsibilities:


Financial Data Analysis and Budgeting

  • Develop and execute financial planning and budgeting strategies.
  • Analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide insights to support decision-making.
  • Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to optimize profitability and efficiency.
  • Develop financial models to assess the impact of various business decisions.
  • Conduct scenario analysis and sensitivity testing to support strategic planning.

Financial Operations Management:

  • Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll support to HR.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards.
  • Manage financial audits and work with auditors as needed.

Cash Flow Management:

  • Maintain and forecast cash flow to support business operations.
  • Optimize working capital and recommend strategies for cash flow improvement.

Working with business stakeholders :

  • Directly collaborate with business development stakeholders. Help with financial data points that they would require
  • Generate weekly and monthly reports to help them with data linked visibility.
  • Team up on certain specific projects for the overall betterment of business.
  • Any regular support activities with the central finance team
  • Managing Internal audits and implementing improvement suggestions from the same.

Compliance / Governance aspects :

5+ yrs experience in Business Finance role with fast growing startup / tech organisation preferred.
