- Role Overview: As a Relationship Manager (RM) for Merchant Partnerships at LEO1, you will play a crucial role in managing relationships with existing and potential merchant partners.

- You will be responsible for identifying partnership opportunities, negotiating agreements, and ensuring the successful implementation and execution of partnerships.

- Your efforts will contribute to expanding LEO1's merchant network, enhancing user engagement, and driving transaction volumes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with merchant partners, including agencies and offline merchants, understanding their business needs and fostering collaboration.

- Identify and prioritize potential merchant partners based on strategic fit, market relevance, and growth potential.

- Lead negotiations and contract discussions with merchants, ensuring alignment with LEO1's business objectives and value proposition.

- Collaborate with internal teams (e. , product, marketing, sales) to integrate merchant offerings into LEO1's platform and drive adoption.

- Monitor and analyze partnership performance, providing regular updates and reports on key metrics and initiatives.

- Proactively address partner inquiries, issues, and escalations, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining high partner satisfaction.

- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new opportunities and optimize partnership strategies.

- Manage relationships with agencies and offline merchants to ensure their successful onboarding and ongoing satisfaction.

Required Skills and Experience:

- Proven experience (7+ years) in relationship management, business development, or partnership roles within the fintech, payments, or related industries.

- Strong understanding of merchant acquisition strategies, payment systems, and digital platforms.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and build rapport with stakeholders.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- MBA in Marketing, Finance, or a related field;
