Your Role

As a Junior AI Officer, you'll be part of our product and operations team, working closely with developers, designers, and business leads. You'll explore AI tools, test integrations, and help design workflows that bring real value to our clients.

What You'll Do

  • Research, test, and evaluate AI tools & APIs for product integration
  • Assist in designing and optimising AI-powered workflows
  • Work with the team to create internal documentation and best practices
  • Support client projects with AI insights, prototypes, and demos
  • Analyse performance data to improve AI-driven solutions

What You Bring

  • Strong interest in AI, automation, and emerging tech
  • Basic understanding of AI concepts (e.g., LLMs, prompts, workflows)
  • Curiosity, problem-solving skills, and a hands-on mentality
  • Good communication skills in English (German is a plus)
  • No need to be a coding expert – but tech-savviness is a must
