Job Title: Junior Project Coordinator

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Junior Project Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in planning, scheduling, and tracking project progress.

You will work closely with our project managers to ensure tasks are completed on time and maintain accurate records of project documentation. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and gain valuable experience in project coordination.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in planning, scheduling, and tracking project progress.
  • Maintain project documentation, prepare reports, and update stakeholders.
  • Work closely with team members to ensure tasks are completed on time.
  • Act as a point of contact between project teams, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Identify project risks and assist in resolving any issues.
  • Monitor project costs and resources under supervision.
  • Suggest and implement process improvements for project efficiency.
  • Utilize project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project) to track progress.
Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Management, IT, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in project coordination or related roles.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, or project management software.
