Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Junior Architect to join our team. As a Junior Architect, you will be responsible for assisting in the design and development of workplace projects from concept to execution. This will involve preparing presentation drawings, mood boards, and 3D visualizations, as well as working on detailed working drawings, specifications, and BOQs.

You will also be required to coordinate with consultants, vendors, and contractors under supervision, support site visits, documentation, and project coordination as needed. Additionally, you will conduct research on materials, workplace trends, and best practices, and participate in team brainstorming sessions and design discussions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution

Strong design sensibility and interest in workplace interiors

Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and MS Office

Familiarity with Revit and Enscape/Lumion (preferred but not mandatory)

Excellent communication and visualization skills

Ability to take initiative and work in a team-oriented environment

Eagerness to learn and grow within the studio culture
