As a Junior Architect, you will create functionally beautiful workplaces that reflect clients' vision and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive design concepts that meet client needs and expectations
  • Apply outstanding conceptual 3-dimensional thinking and graphic presentation skills to communicate design ideas to clients
  • Create detailed design documentation, including floor plans, elevations, and specifications using SketchUp and AUTOCAD(2D)
  • Select furniture, finishes, lighting, and accessories, and produce material boards to ensure cohesive and aesthetically pleasing designs
  • Follow design guidelines, building codes, and regulatory requirements to ensure safe and industry-compliant designs
  • Work with the team to complete projects on time and within quality targets
  • Attend meetings with clients and contractors to discuss design changes and provide guidance
Requirements:
  • Strong technical skills in SketchUp, AUTOCAD(2D), Photoshop, and Enscape
  • Excellent conceptual 3-dimensional thinking and graphic presentation skills
  • Ability to communicate design ideas and direction effectively and quickly
  • Strong attention to detail and technical abilities
  • Flexibility to manage concurrent projects in various stages of development
Design Skills:
  • Conceptual 3-dimensional thinking and graphic presentation
  • SketchUp and AUTOCAD(2D) proficiency
  • Photorealistic rendering using Enscape

You will continuously upgrade your skills and knowledge in design software, products, and materials to remain current with industry trends and innovations.
