About the Role

Mhetras Design, a renowned architecture and interior design firm, is seeking a skilled Junior Architect to join their team. As a key member of the architectural team, you will be responsible for supporting the design and execution of diverse architectural projects.

The selected candidate will work under the guidance of the Principal Architect and will be involved in various stages of project development, from conceptualization to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the creation of architectural concepts, drawings, and detailed project plans.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure seamless integration of design elements.
  • Contribute to project management activities, including monitoring timelines, deliverables, and quality standards.
  • Participate in site visits, design reviews, and client presentations.
  • Evaluate designs for compliance with company standards, client expectations, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or Master's degree in Architecture (M.Arch) from a recognized institution.
  • 0–10 years of relevant professional experience, including internships.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, Lumion, Photoshop, or equivalent architectural design software.
  • Aptitude in architectural planning and design, with a keen eye for detail and effective problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to work collaboratively in a team environment.
