Software Engineer - AI Platform Team

We are seeking an experienced Software Engineer to join our dynamic and ambitious AI Platform Team. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining scalable and compliant platform infrastructure that supports the company's mission to increase economic freedom in the world.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software engineering, with experience in designing, building, and scaling production applications. They will also have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and a bias towards open and transparent cultural practices.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Hands-on architecture & develop platform for all LLM use-cases in Coinbase
  • Provide technical structure to teams and work closely with management and stakeholders to define strategic roadmaps
  • Manage individual projects priorities, deadlines and deliverables with your technical expertise
  • Mentor junior engineers on how to build high quality software
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 10+ years of experience in software engineering
  • At least 2+ years of engineering management experience
  • A deep understanding of machine learning technologies and their applications
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure
