Senior AI Developer

We are seeking a seasoned Senior AI Developer to lead the development of cutting-edge, cloud-based AI systems. As part of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable backend services and APIs using Python and frameworks like FastAPI and Flask.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in software development, particularly in Python, and a strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), design patterns, and SOLID principles.

In addition to their technical expertise, the selected candidate will be an excellent communicator with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs using Python and relevant frameworks.
  • Optimize database performance using SQL/NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, and Redis.
  • Implement asynchronous programming for high-throughput applications using Kafka and RabbitMQ.
  • Work with microservices architecture, containerization using Docker, and orchestration using Kubernetes.
  • Implement CI/CD pipelines for continuous deployment and testing.
  • Collaborate with data engineers to process and optimize large-scale datasets.
  • Develop and integrate machine learning pipelines where necessary.
  • Write efficient, well-documented, and maintainable code following best practices.
  • Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.

The successful candidate will possess:

  • 5+ years of experience in software development and 5+ years in Python.
  • 2+ years of experience in Generative AI, Open AI, AWS Bedrock, Crew AI, LangChain, etc.
  • Strong understanding of OOP, design patterns, and SOLID principles.
  • Experience in building RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
  • Expertise in SQL and NoSQL databases.
  • Knowledge of multi-threading, concurrency, and asynchronous programming.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms and serverless computing.
  • Experience working with DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization.
  • Strong debugging and performance optimization skills.
  • Proficiency in unit testing and test-driven development (TDD).
