The HR MIS Specialist is responsible for managing and analyzing HR data to support decision-making and enhance operational efficiency. This role involves maintaining HR databases, generating accurate reports, and providing actionable insights. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR systems, data analytics, and reporting.
Key ResponsibilitiesHR Data Management
- Maintain and update HR databases to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and organizational policies.
MIS Reporting
- Generate and distribute regular and ad hoc HR reports
- Develop dashboards for real-time monitoring.
- Provide data-driven insights to assist in strategic HR planning.
Data Analytics and Insights
- Analyze HR data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Present insights to HR leadership and recommend actionable solutions.
Process Improvement
- Identify gaps in existing HR processes and recommend automation opportunities.
- Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for HR data management and reporting.
- Ensure alignment of HR MIS practices with organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Education:
- Bachelor s degree
- Experience:
- 2 5 years of experience in HR systems, MIS, or a related role.
- Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms (Power BI MS Excel (Python,SQL highly appreciated).
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage confidential data.
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices is a plus.
