What You’ll do


  • Publisher Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with publishers through regular communication, negotiations, and conflict resolution.
  • Inventory Optimization: Manage ad inventory supply, ensuring it aligns with advertiser demand while maximizing revenue for the company.
  • Recruitment of New Publishers: Identify potential publishers, facilitate the onboarding process, negotiate contracts, and handle technical integrations.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of publisher placements, leveraging data to improve supply quality and effectiveness.
  • Revenue Maximization: Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue from publishers, including header bidding and ad format optimization.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to align publisher strategies with overall company goals.


What We Look For


  • 2+ years of experience in growth or performance marketing, running mobile/performance campaigns.
  • Experience in CPA and ROAS optimization.
  • Has a good network of publisher for managing campaign delivery.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills.
  • Comfortable with Excel.
  • Hands-on approach, outstanding time management, organizational, and communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Strong attention to detail, and analytical background.
  • Proactive team player with the ability to adapt to a fast-growing tech company.
  • MBA/Bachelor’s degree.
