About Investment Research 

As a global leader in knowledge processes, research, and analytics, you’ll be working with a team that specializes in global market research, working with the top-rated investment research organizations, bulge bracket investment banks, and leading asset managers. We cater to 8 of the top 10 global banks, working alongside their product and sector teams, supporting them on deal origination, execution, valuation, and transaction advisory-related projects.

What you will be doing at Evalueserve

·Distributingresearch reports through website, email, third-party financial aggregators,etc.

·Troubleshootingapplication, login, and website access problems faced by the analyst

·Creatingand maintaining process documents

·Extractingdata and undertaking research entitlement from third party basis

·Creating andupdating process manuals and SOP documents

·Developingand implementing timelines for targets

·Undertakingquality checks

·Creating managementinformation system (MIS) dashboards

·Collaboratingwith analysts and sales teams to format and design reports, presentations,marketing materials, and other client deliverables according to brandguidelines

·Workingwith a team of desktop publishing executives in rotational shifts to providereal-time support on email and telephone for a financial research publishingworkflow

·Utilizingdesktop publishing software (e.g., Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop)to create visually appealing and professional report/document layouts

·Ensuringaccuracy and consistency in report/document formatting, including fonts,styles, spacing, and alignment

·UploadingPDFs by using client-specific applications

·Performingtechnical troubleshooting on workflow and research applications

·FormattingMS Word documents and PowerPoint presentations; designing infographics; creatingcharts and illustrations; generating PDF files; working with PDF editingsoftware; and rendering, manipulating, merging, and optimizing PDF files

·Coordinatingpublishing projects and communicating with global clients

·Stayingup to date on latest DTP software and design trends

·Communicatingand coordinating with analysts

·Providingservicing support

·Disseminatingknowledge and process updates within the team

·Contributingto team’s cross-training needs to maximize its potential

What we’re looking for:

·Graduation(BCom or BBA) or postgraduation in finance

·Comfort with working in night shift

·About 2 to 5years of experience in publishing or research

·Goodunderstanding of equities and research functions

·Goodunderstanding of financial services industry

·Familiaritywith PDF editing software and graphics software

·Strongknowledge of MS Office suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

·Excellentmultitasking skills

·Strongwritten and verbal communication skills

·Willingnessto learn new skills

·Stronganalytical skills and eye for detail

·Motivationto achieve organizational goals

·A creativethought process
