We are seeking a Recruitment Team Leader to join our RPO Talent Acquisition team with our new and exciting Consumer Healthcare client to be based in Mumbai.

THE ROLE

The Team Leader is responsible for both leading and managing a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists, whilst driving overall performance to agreed KPI’s & SLA’s. This is a fantastic role for an individual looking for their next big challenge, as you will have the opportunity to drive your teams to deliver great results for the client right at the start of a new solution.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Key responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Manage on-site and remote teams of Recruitment resources across India.
  • Identifying resources required and assigning individual responsibilities when applicable
  • Defining and communicating individual and team metrics
  • Leading the team at a practical level by delivering candidates against a range of roles
  • Maintaining awareness of creative sourcing strategies and working closely with the team to develop a best approach for the client
  • Identifying resources required and assigning individual responsibilities when applicable
  • Be a subject matter expert on technology utilised within the recruitment process i.e. KF Recruit and the client ATS
  • Maintaining strong Stakeholder and Line Manager relationships
  • Delivering to contractual SLAs and KPIs
  • Ensuring project documents and engagements are complete and updated in a timely manner
  • Developing and delivering client and management metrics and reporting
  • Communicating effectively with the client to identify needs and evaluate alternative recruiting solutions
  • Continually seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction, driving continuous improvement initiatives

REQUIREMENTS

  • Demonstrated success in both a recruitment delivery capacity as well as team leadership/management experience in either an RPO environment or In-House Talent Acquisition function
  • Leading a team of 8-10 members.
  • Supporting non-technical hiring across India for roles such as sales, supply chain, shared services, etc.
  • Experience in hiring for FMCG, FMCD industries
  • Demonstrated interest and ability to work in a fast-paced service environment
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence at different levels
  • Expertise in developing and maintaining client relationships
  • Expert in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring techniques
  • Understanding of recruiting metrics and reporting standards and able to interpret data to diagnose route cause
  • Computer literacy, specifically Excel and PowerPoint, and numeric capability
