Role Overview:


We are looking for our first ** Recruitment Lead Consultant ** to join Hyperhunt’s core team. This isn’t just a role - it’s a partnership. As the Recruitment Lead, you will be the driving force behind sourcing and building the best teams for the most innovative startups & well established organizations. You’ll directly impact the growth of Hyperhunt, shaping our recruitment strategies, and building high-performing teams, processes, and client relationships. Your expertise will be critical in helping us scale, and you’ll have the opportunity to grow into a leadership role as we expand.

What You’ll Do:


  • Lead the entire recruitment lifecycle, from talent scouting to onboarding, ensuring that we attract and hire top-tier candidates for our clients.
  • Build and maintain a talent pool of high-performing individuals for high-growth startups & well established organizations, using creative sourcing strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with the founders to define recruitment processes and strategies that align with Hyperhunt’s long-term vision.
  • Develop relationships with startup founders to understand their hiring needs and deliver tailor-made recruitment solutions.
  • Foster a strong recruitment brand for Hyperhunt, ensuring that we are seen as the go-to solution for top-tier talent in the startup ecosystem.
  • Mentor and guide future members of the recruitment team as we grow.


What We’re Looking For:


  • 5+ years of experience in recruitment,  specifically from a recruitment agency background  with a proven track record in sourcing top-tier talent (Non-negotiable)
  • Proven ability to manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to offer.
  • Deep understanding of the startup landscape and the unique challenges of hiring for early-stage companies & well established organizations.
  • A self-starter with a strategic mindset, capable of working independently and taking ownership of the recruitment function.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills - you know how to connect with both candidates and clients.
  • Passion for building teams and helping companies scale - this role is about more than just filling positions, it’s about creating A-teams.
