Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Lead Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in end-to-end recruitment, leadership hiring, and team management. This role will involve sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent for various positions for our clients, as well as providing strategic guidance and consultancy to new recruits in our company. The Lead Recruiter will be well-versed in all job portals, recruitment strategies, and HR processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Handling and Leadership Hiring:
- Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, providing guidance, training, and support.
- Handle leadership hiring, ensuring that high-caliber executives are recruited to meet the strategic needs of the company.
- Collaborate with department heads and senior management to understand hiring needs and develop recruitment plans accordingly.
End-to-End Recruitment Process:
- Manage the full cycle recruiting process, from job requisition to onboarding.
- Design and update job descriptions to accurately reflect the responsibilities and requirements of various positions.
- Screen incoming resumes, shortlist candidates, and conduct preliminary interviews.
Job Advertising and Sourcing Techniques:
- Post job openings on various job portals and social media platforms to attract suitable candidates.
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, including direct sourcing, networking, and employee referrals to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Maintain an active presence on professional social media sites to engage with potential candidates.
Interviewing and Candidate Assessment:
- Conduct interviews, both telephonic and face-to-face, to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Utilize behavioral and competency-based interview techniques to evaluate candidates effectively.
- Provide constructive feedback and sound judgment to hiring managers on candidate suitability.
Offer Management and Communication:
- Send job offer letters and recruitment emails to selected candidates.
- Negotiate salary offers and ensure timely communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain solid verbal and written communication with all stakeholders to ensure smooth hiring operations.
HR Processes and Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, company procedures, and relevant legal requirements.
- Provide guidance and consultancy to new recruits, assisting with onboarding and integration into the company.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR best practices and industry trends.
Time Management and Organizational Skills:
- Effectively manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously, ensuring timely closure of open positions.
- Organize recruitment activities, including campus drives and job fairs, to attract fresh talent.
- Prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently to meet deadlines.
Problem Solving and Initiative:
- Take proactive measures to address recruitment challenges and implement effective solutions.
- Continuously seek ways to improve the recruitment process and candidate experience.
- Stay adaptive to changing requirements and industry trends.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Strategic Mindset: Demonstrated ability to think strategically and solve complex problems related to talent acquisition
- Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on leadership hiring and team handling.
- Proven track record in end-to-end recruitment and managing the full recruitment lifecycle.
- Strong knowledge of job portals, social media recruiting, and advanced sourcing techniques.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to make sound judgments and decisions in the hiring process.
- Experience in designing and updating job descriptions and screening resumes.
- Familiarity with HR processes, compliance, and best practices.
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to take initiative.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (e.g., ATS systems).
