Position Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Junior Recruiter - Intern to join our team. This internship is an excellent opportunity for students or fresh graduates to gain hands-on experience in recruitment and talent acquisition while working in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Sourcing:

  • Assist in identifying and sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and other channels.

Screening Support:

  • Review resumes and perform initial screening to match candidates with job requirements.

Coordination:

  • Help schedule interviews and communicate with candidates and hiring managers.

Database Management:

  • Update and maintain candidate records and job postings in the recruitment database.

Market Research:

  • Conduct research on industry trends and provide insights to the recruitment team.

Learning and Development:

  • Participate in training sessions to develop a deeper understanding of recruitment processes and tools.

Administrative Support:

  • Assist with documentation, reporting, and day-to-day recruitment operations.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Basic knowledge of recruitment or HR practices is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and social media platforms.
