Role Purpose You will help us hire at speed and scale — full-time, part-time, retainers, and freelancers —across corporate roles (Sales, Marketing, PMO, Ops, Engineering, QA) and language talent (translators, interpreters, editors, LQA, DTP artists, subtitlers, voice artists, e Learning IDs, animators). Expect a high-volume, high-precision recruiting environment where you’ll own sourcing, screening, scheduling, assessments, documentation, and onboarding support. What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities) Intake & JD Alignment: Partner with hiring managers to clarify role scope, must-haves, and hiring SLAs. Sourcing at Scale: Run multi-channel sourcing on Linked In, Naukri, Indeed, Shine, Apna, talent communities, referrals, Whats App groups, and freelancer platforms. Screening & Shortlisting: Evaluate profiles, conduct tele-screens, assess language/skills fit, and maintain structured notes. Assessments & Logistics: Coordinate tests (e.g., translation samples, subtitling checks, PM/ops task), schedule interviews, and manage candidate communication. Freelancer & Retainer Pools: Build and refresh vetted rosters by language pair, domain (medical, legal, technical), TAT, and rate cards. ATS & Data Hygiene: Keep ATS/trackers up to date (requisitions, stages, feedback, offers); generate weekly hiring dashboards. Offer & Onboarding Support: Draft offers under guidance, run documentation (PAN/Aadhaar, NDAs, ISO/Infosec compliance), and coordinate Day-1 readiness. Employer Branding: Post openings, drive campaigns, support campus drives/virtual hiring events. Compliance & Quality: Follow ISO 27001 practices, data privacy norms, and background verification protocols. Stakeholder Management: Provide timely updates to hiring managers; hit agreed SLAs on time-to-shortlist and time-to-fill . What You’ll Need (Requirements)1–2 years of hands-on recruitment (agency or in-house); B2 B or services industry preferred. Familiarity with hiring full-time, part-time, retainers, and freelancers . Working knowledge of Boolean search , Linked In Recruiter / Naukri RMS (or similar), and basic ATS workflows. Strong communication (spoken/written) in English & Hindi ; additional Indian languages are a plus. Comfort with Excel/Google Sheets (filters, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot basics), Calendly/Meet/Zoom , and Whats App Business. Detail orientation, urgency, and stakeholder maturity in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment. Nice to Have Exposure to language services/media / e Learning hiring. Understanding of linguistic evaluation (samples, domain tagging, MTPE, quality scores). Basics of Indian HR compliance, vendor onboarding, and rate negotiations. Success Metrics (KPIs) Time-to-Shortlist & Time-to-Fill (per role type). Interview-to-Offer Ratio & Offer Acceptance Rate . Pipeline Health (qualified candidates per open role). Freelancer Activation Time & Roster Depth by language/domain. Hiring Manager NPS & Candidate Experience (CSAT). Compliance Completion Rate (docs, NDAs, ISO checklists). Day Plan 30 Days: Learn our roles, tools, and SLAs; own 3–5 requisitions; build the first 100-profile talent map. 60 Days: Independently manage 8–10 requisitions; close 3–4 roles; activate 50 vetted freelancers. 90 Days: Beat SLA targets; publish a weekly hiring dashboard; propose one process improvement (e.g., screening rubric, outreach script A/B test).
