Product Manager is a WhatsApp-based Marketing & Engagement platform helping businesses drive revenue through powerful customer engagement on WhatsApp.Were trusted by 120,000+ businesses and work with top brands like Adani, Delhi Transport Corporation, PhysicsWallah, Yakult, Godrej, Vivo, Wipro, Asian Paints, and India Today Group.With 400 Crores+ in WhatsApp-driven engagement annually, our platform enables businesses to drive 2580% of their total revenue via WhatsApp.Backed by Marsshot.vc, Bluelotus.vc, and 50+ angel investors, AiSensy is on a mission to redefine business-to-customer communication.Join us in building the future of business engagement.Role Overview:We are seeking an experienced Product Manager (5+ years) to take ownership of core product lines and drive their vision, strategy, and execution.As a PM at AiSensy, you will be responsible for defining the roadmap, aligning it with business goals, and delivering high-quality features that scale with our rapidly growing customer base.You will collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams while ensuring our products deliver exceptional user experiences and measurable business impact.Key & Roadmap:- Define and execute the product roadmap aligned with AiSensys business objectives.- Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to influence product strategy.- Drive long-term product vision while balancing short-term business goals.Execution & Delivery:- Translate business requirements into detailed PRDs, user stories, and wireframes.- Work with engineering and design teams to ensure timely, high-quality product delivery.- Manage product sprints, backlog prioritization, and cross-functional Development:- Collaborate with sales, customer success, and support teams to gather feedback.- Conduct usability testing and analyze data to validate product decisions.- Continuously iterate features to improve adoption, retention, and ROI for clients.Go-to-Market & Growth:- Partner with marketing and sales to define GTM plans for product launches.- Enable internal teams with the right product knowledge, collateral, and training.- Identify upsell opportunities and drive product-led growth initiatives.Analytics & Insights:- Define and track key product metrics (adoption, engagement, churn, NPS).- Use data-driven insights to make product decisions and prioritize enhancements.- Present product performance and progress to leadership and stakeholders.Qualifications & Skills:- 5+ years of experience in Product Management (SaaS or B2B environment preferred).- Proven success in managing end-to-end product lifecycle in a fast-paced environment.- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and software development processes.- Hands-on experience with tools like Jira, Notion, Figma, Mixpanel, or similar.- Strong analytical mindset; comfortable working with data, SQL/Excel, and dashboards.- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.- Experience working with messaging/communication platforms, APIs, or martech tools is a plus.- Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, or Computer Science; MBA preferred.- Ability to lead, inspire, and influence cross-functional teams to achieve product goals.Why Join AiSensy?:- Opportunity to define and lead high-impact product initiatives.- Work on products that shape the future of customer engagement in India.- Exposure to high-growth SaaS startup challenges and learnings.- Flat hierarchy, ownership-driven culture, and collaborative environment (ref:iimjobs.com)
