Export Sales Manager Development & Lead Generation:

- Conduct thorough market research to identify and qualify potential customers within your assigned territories (Africa, Middle East, Asia).

- Generate leads through various channels (e. g. , trade portals, export data, export buying groups, industry exhibitions, and sales agents).

- Identify new product opportunities that align with market demands and competitor analysis.

- Collaborate with the product development team to adapt existing products or develop new ones for export markets.

Sales & Account Management:

- Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans to achieve or exceed assigned export sales targets.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with international distributors, importers, and key decision-makers.

- Conduct effective sales presentations and product demonstrations, highlighting features and benefits for target markets.

- Negotiate and finalize favorable commercial terms and pricing for international sales contracts.

- Manage and develop relationships with existing clients to ensure continued business growth.

- Prepare and send sales quotations and follow up with potential clients to secure orders.

Export Operations & Management:

- Manage the export process from quotation to order fulfillment, ensuring adherence to international trade regulations and documentation requirements.

- Oversee logistics and shipment arrangements to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products.

- Manage online sales channels like Amazon, Jumia, or Lazada (if applicable) to reach a wider audience in your assigned territories.

- Monitor market trends and competitor activity within your assigned regions to identify new opportunities and adapt sales strategies Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).

- Minimum of [5-7 years] of experience in export sales with a proven track record of success in the home appliance and/or ceiling fan industry (adjust experience based on your company's needs).

- Strong understanding of international trade practices, regulations, and documentation requirements.

- In-depth knowledge of the African, Middle Eastern, and Asian markets, including cultural nuances and business practices.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with international clients.

- Proven ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans and achieve export sales targets.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software (a plus).

- Experience managing online sales channels like Amazon or similar platforms (a plus).
