Responsibilities:

Channel Management:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to maximize sales within the CSD & CPC channels.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key personnel at CSD Depots and CPC canteens.
  • Participate in tenders and bids to secure product listings for your assigned portfolio.
  • Ensure timely product deliveries and maintain high fill rates across CSD Depots and CPC canteens.

Sales & Account Management:

  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve or exceed assigned sales targets for the CSD & CPC channels.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to CSD & CPC officials.
  • Negotiate favorable commercial terms and pricing structures with CSD & CPC authorities.
  • Manage and develop relationships with key decisionmakers within the CSD & CPC channels.

Market Analysis & Reporting:

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity within the CSD & CPC landscape.
  • Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities and develop competitive strategies.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity.

Teamwork & Collaboration:

  • Work closely with crossfunctional teams (marketing, logistics, supply chain) to ensure successful product launches and ongoing sales efforts within the CSD & CPC channels.
  • Provide guidance and support to ensure a seamless customer experience for CSD & CPC Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum of [34 years] of experience in sales with a proven track record of success in the FMCG, Consumer Durables, or related industries (adjust experience based on your company's needs).
  • Indepth understanding of the CSD & CPC channels, including procurement processes and regulations.
  • Strong understanding of sales and distribution channels in the Indian market.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with key decisionmakers.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans and achieve ambitious targets.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software (a plus).
