Job Title: ServiceNow Designer

Location: Indore

Degree(s) - B.Tech/BE (CS, IT, EC, EI)/MCA/MSc

Eligibility - 2+ years experience only

Employment Type: Full-time

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Solution Design: Design and develop ServiceNow solutions to meet business requirements and align with best practices.
  • Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements for ServiceNow design solutions.
  • Customization and Configuration: Customize and configure ServiceNow applications, workflows, user interfaces, forms, notifications, and reports.
  • Integration: Assist in designing integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using REST/SOAP, APIs, and other integration tools.
  • User Experience (UX): Focus on creating intuitive and user-friendly ServiceNow interfaces.
  • Documentation: Prepare detailed design documents, workflows, and process diagrams.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with developers, business analysts, and IT teams to ensure the successful implementation of ServiceNow solutions.
  • Testing and Validation: Support testing processes to ensure the solutions meet the specified requirements.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and recommend enhancements.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience working with ServiceNow as a designer, architect, or developer.
  • Experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, etc.).
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow Studio, Flow Designer, and Integration Hub.
  • Basic scripting skills in JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and experience with REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to deliver innovative solutions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
