- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand IT asset management needs and translate them into effective ServiceNow configurations.

- Develop and maintain integrations with other IT systems and applications to ensure accurate asset data synchronization.

- Provide technical support and guidance on ServiceNow ITAM implementations, including troubleshooting and performance tuning.

- Conduct testing and validation of ITAM configurations to ensure functionality meets business requirements.

- Create and maintain technical documentation, including user guides and training materials.

- Train end-users and IT administrators on ServiceNow ITAM functionality and best practices.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Strong knowledge of IT asset management processes and best practices.

- Experience in ServiceNow platform administration, configuration, and customization.

- Proficiency in scripting languages such as JavaScript, PowerShell, or Python for automation and integration tasks.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams and business stakeholders.

- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in IT Asset Management is preferred.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong problem-solving skills.

- Experience with Agile methodologies and ITIL framework is a plus.
