Job Title: ServiceNow ITAM Architect

About the Role:

The QBrainX team is seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow ITAM Architect to design and implement IT Asset Management solutions using the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience in ITAM, with a deep understanding of ServiceNow and a proven track record of delivering complex ITAM projects.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design and Implementation: Design and architect IT Asset Management solutions within the ServiceNow platform, ensuring alignment with organizational needs and best practices. Oversee the end-to-end implementation of ITAM solutions, including planning, configuration, customization, and deployment.
  • Integration and Optimization: Manage integrations between ServiceNow ITAM and other enterprise systems, ensuring seamless data flow and consistency. Continuously assess and enhance ITAM processes and systems to improve efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
  • Consultation and Documentation: Provide expert guidance and consultation to stakeholders, including IT and business leaders, on ITAM strategies and best practices. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including architecture diagrams, configuration guides, and process workflows.
  • Training and Support: Develop and deliver training sessions for IT and business teams on ServiceNow ITAM functionalities and best practices. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting as needed.

Requirements:

The successful candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in IT Asset Management, with a strong focus on ServiceNow ITAM implementations.
  • Extensive knowledge of ServiceNow ITAM module and its functionalities.
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing ITAM solutions.
  • Strong understanding of IT asset lifecycle management, including procurement, inventory, and disposal.
  • Experience with ServiceNow integrations and customization.
  • Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with remote teams.

Certifications: ServiceNow ITAM certification or equivalent certifications are highly desirable. A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is required, with advanced degrees or relevant certifications a plus.
