Breakout Marketing is seeking a motivated and dynamic Business Development Associate/Sales to join our global team. This is an exciting opportunity to drive revenue growth and expand our presence in international markets. We are a global company that provides dynamic marketing solutions and international sales campaigns, helping brands increase their reach and grow their business.
This is a full-time position with a work schedule of 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
About the Role
The International Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business leads and identifying opportunities in international markets.
What You'll Do
- Generate new business leads and spot high-potential opportunities in global markets.
- Build and maintain long-term, trust-based client relationships.
- Negotiate and close deals, consistently smashing your sales targets.
- Collaborate with our strategy teams to tailor approaches for different regions.
- Keep CRM records up to date and deliver accurate sales reports.
- Stay on top of market trends, competitor moves, and emerging opportunities.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Business, Marketing, International Relations, or related field.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with at least one year of experience in international B2B or B2C sales are encouraged to apply. Experience in marketing or a related industry is a plus.
- Proven ability to hit and exceed sales goals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English (other languages are a big plus).
