The responsibilities include providing technical support and troubleshooting for VoIP and IP telephony systems, assisting customers with system-related queries, analyzing and resolving technical issues efficiently, and delivering excellent customer service. Additionally, the role involves ensuring smooth operations of communication systems and supporting clients in maintaining system performance.Qualifications Proficient in Technical Support and Troubleshooting, with expertise in IP telephony and VOIP systems Strong Customer Support and Service skills to effectively assist clients and resolve their concerns Min 3-4 years hands on experience in IP Telephony/ Call center Dialer. Analytical Skills to analyze system issues, identify solutions, and implement resolutions Ability to work on-site in Noida and efficiently collaborate with teams and clients Familiarity with VoIP hardware and software is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred. Candidate with relevant field will only be considered.
