Recykal - Enterprise Sales Director

The Enterprise Sales Director will be a pivotal leader in driving Recykal's revenue growth and expanding our footprint in the enterprise sector. This role demands a seasoned professional with a proven track record in enterprise sales, adept at cultivating relationships with C-suite executives, and experienced in delivering solutions tailored to complex client needs. Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Sales Leadership:
- Develop and implement enterprise sales strategies aligned with Recykal's business objectives and market opportunities.
- Identify emerging trends, assess competitive landscapes, and position Recykal as the preferred partner for enterprise clients.
Revenue Growth and P&L Ownership:
- Own the enterprise sales P&L, ensuring revenue and profitability goals are met.
- Analyze performance metrics and financial data to optimize revenue streams and guide strategic decisions.
- Balance cost management with exceptional service delivery to drive sustained growth.
Enterprise Client Acquisition and Management:
- Lead efforts to acquire, retain, and grow relationships with key enterprise clients, particularly in FMCG, electronics, fertilizers, and beverage sectors.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, presenting Recykal's value proposition and building strong relationships with executive stakeholders.
Sales Team Leadership:
- Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing enterprise sales team, fostering accountability, innovation, and excellence.
- Design and deliver professional development programs to enhance team performance and drive individual growth.
Innovative Sales and Pipeline Management:
- Leverage creative strategies to develop a robust pipeline of opportunities in untapped enterprise markets.
- Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities, ensuring alignment with client needs and Recykal's offerings.
Data-Driven Insights and Operational Efficiency:
- Use data analytics to create sales forecasts, monitor performance, and provide actionable insights to leadership.
- Streamline enterprise sales processes through CRM systems, automation tools, and analytics platforms.
Compliance and Industry Expertise:
- Ensure enterprise clients comply with Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) regulations and other relevant guidelines.
- Share insights on industry standards and compliance requirements, positioning Recykal as a knowledgeable and reliable partner.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience: 10+ years in enterprise sales (B2B/B2C or SaaS), with a minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership role managing enterprise accounts.
- Education: Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Enterprise Leadership: Proven ability to build, inspire, and lead sales teams targeting large-scale enterprise clients.
- Client Management: Expertise in cultivating and managing relationships with Fortune 500 companies and other high-value clients.
- Financial Expertise: Solid understanding of P&L management, budgeting, and cost optimization.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with PWM and EPR regulations; ability to guide enterprise clients on compliance.
Preferred Skills:
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and sales analytics tools.
- Strong digital acumen for leveraging social media and digital platforms to drive engagement.
