About the job:

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee financial operations, ensure compliance with GST and taxation laws, manage statutory requirements, and finalize financial statements.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in accounting, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting & Financial Management:

- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accuracy in financial reporting.

- Manage ledger maintenance, reconciliations, and financial data analysis.

- Implement robust internal controls and streamline financial processes to enhance efficiency and safeguard assets

GST, Taxation & Compliance:

- Handle GST filings, reconciliations, and timely tax compliance.

- Manage direct and indirect tax matters, including TDS, Income Tax, and audits.

- Stay updated with tax laws and regulatory changes to ensure business compliance.

Statutory Compliance & Audits:

- Ensure adherence to statutory requirements (ROC, GST, TDS, PF, ESI, etc.

- Coordinate with internal and external auditors for statutory audits and financial reviews.

- Prepare audit reports, financial documentation, and respond to auditor queries.

Financial Statement Closure:

- Prepare and finalize financial statements (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).

- Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing with accuracy and compliance.

- Provide financial insights and support management in decision-making.

Qualifications & Experience:

Education & Experience:

- CA with a minimum of 4 to 5 years of experience in an audit firm and organization (excluding article ship).

Skills Required:

- Strong expertise in GST, TDS, taxation laws, and financial reporting.

- Experience in finalizing financial statements and statutory compliance.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines effectively.
