**Video Editor and Videographer**

**Responsibilities**:

- Video Production & Editing: Plan, shoot, direct & edit video content ensuring high-quality visuals, lighting, and audio.
- Type of Deliverables: Product photoshoot (includes conceptualization & execution), product features & launch video, event coverage, testimonial videos, short content/reels/gif for social media, etc.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, creative, and content teams, to align video content with broader marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Equipment Management: Maintain and operate all video production equipments
- Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of deliverables within given deadlines.
- Quality Control: Ensure videos meet the quality & consistency adhering to the organization's brand guidelines.
- Stay Up-to-Date: Keep update of the latest trends, techniques, and technologies in videography and video editing, and implement innovative ideas and approaches to enhance video production processes.
- File Management: Organize and maintain video files and assets, ensuring they are easily accessible and properly archived for future use.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of three years of experience as a Videographer and Editor.
- Proficiency in operating professional shoot & video equipment, including cameras, lighting, and audio recording devices.
- Expertise in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
- Knowledge of current trends and best practices in videography and video editing techniques.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
