**Role Overview**:
As our Creative Video & Photo Editor, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual voice of our brand. You'll work closely with our creative team to produce compelling, high-quality video and photo content that aligns with our brand identity and engages our target audience. Your creativity, technical expertise, and passion for storytelling will drive the success of our projects, from initial concept to final edit.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize and execute video and photo projects that align with our brand's goals and vision.
- Edit video and photo content to create dynamic, engaging, and polished final products.
- Utilize creative storytelling techniques to enhance the narrative and emotional impact of our content.
- Maintain a high standard of quality and consistency across all visual content.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and communicating effectively with the team throughout the process.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in video and photo editing, incorporating innovative techniques into your work.
- Provide creative input and ideas to continually elevate our brand's visual content.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a video and photo editor, with a portfolio showcasing your creative and technical skills.
- Expertise in video and photo editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom).
- Strong understanding of visual storytelling, composition, and post-production processes.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
- Passion for staying ahead of trends in video and photo editing, with a constant drive to learn and innovate.
- Bachelor's degree in Film Studies, Communication, or related field is preferred but **not required.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹10,620.89 - ₹60,000.00 per month
