We are now ready to move to the next level of our mission, with a new line of products that aim to reach out to 100 Million Indians. These products are unique first-of-their-kind innovations and address very large Health issues by being well tested and Clinically Trialed.

We are looking at dynamic and smart professionals, who can join us on this mission to help scale the company to reach and improve the health of 100 Million Indians.

Key Responsibilities

**Creative Communication**
- Take the Brand and Campaign briefs from internal teams; and build out elegant creative solutions and collateral.
- Ensuring every Customer Communication has a strong, distinct and appealing Visual design
- Work with Design Lead and Social Media teams to create engaging and appealing content, at short notice
- Take responsibility for the creative vision and the standard of output across team members.

**Strategy**
- Working with the Design Head, Brand Managers and Creative Agencies to brainstorm on the right Visual Identity.
- Create communication templates for key launches and campaigns that can be used for all collateral related to the Campaign.
- Stay up to date with new technologies, industry and design trends and demonstrate a passion for learning
- Establish and nurture good working relationships with other team members and Stakeholders in the organisation.

**Knowledge, skills, and attributes**
- 0.6 to 1.5 years of relevant Work Experience in Designing and Visualizing. - Experience in designing Marketing Collateral, with 1+ years active experience in Digital Marketing Collateral (Social Media, Digital Ads)
- Exposure in production, creating GIFs, and packaging;
- Experience in production design and creative direction for Videos and Photography
- Experience in Product Packaging design is a plus
- Strong knowledge of design process and project management
- Critical design language thinking and
- Strong attention to detail
- Great communication skills
- Experience in FMCG industry is a plus.
- Bachelor degree in a design-related discipline
- World Class Design sense and execution
- Strong online portfolio available for viewing

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
