**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Nutritionist(FEN) to join our team in Bangalore. As a Nutritionist, you will be responsible for promoting cutting-edge healthcare products to healthcare professionals and their clients. This is a field-based role that requires strong communication, interpersonal skills, and a passion for promoting health and wellness.

**Responsibilities**:

- The ethical promotion of DiabeSmart nutrition products in their territory by clearly communicating with Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) about DiabeSmart Nutrition products, their features, advantages, benefits and their appropriate use.
- Engage with clients of healthcare professionals to educate them on product benefits and usage.
- Individual Counseling:Provide one-on-one nutrition counseling to individuals with specific dietary needs or health concerns
- Conduct presentations and seminars to educate healthcare professionals and their clients on nutrition-related topics.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the healthcare industry.
- Work independently and as part of a dynamic team to achieve sales targets and objectives.

**Skills**:

- Proficient communication skills in English and proficiency in at least one local language.
- Availability for a six-day workweek with daily travel requirements.
- Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Demonstrated strong interpersonal abilities and a customer service-oriented approach.

**Notes**:
The Counsellor will work from various doctor’s clinics, potentially covering morning and evening shifts, and may be required to travel to patient’s homes.

Qualification
- Life Sciences, Science graduate or equivalent.
- Bachelors/Diploma in Nutrition / Hospital management.
- Desired Business administration.
- 2 - 5 years of field experience in Launch sales responsibility, Market/therapy shaping pre-launch.
- Partnership establishment and continued development.
- Development of Centre of Excellence/On-ground activation.
- Strong presentation and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
- Passion for promoting health and wellness.
