Master’s Degree, Bachelor's or Diploma in Special Education, Psychology, Social Work or related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience working with children with disabilities.
- Strong understanding of inclusive teaching strategies and classroom management.
- Experience with TLM and assistive technology in educational settings.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with Vocational Training

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Individualized Education Plans (IEP)**:
○ Develop and implement IEPs tailored to individual student needs.

○ Track progress and make adjustments to ensure effective learning outcomes.
- **Lesson Planning and Delivery**:
○ Plan and deliver differentiated lessons suited to students' diverse learning abilities.

○ Use Teaching-Learning Materials (TLM) and assistive technology to enhance engagement.
- **Classroom Management**:
○ Create an inclusive environment that supports social, emotional, and academic growth.

○ Implement positive behavior management strategies to encourage self-regulation.
- **Collaboration Across Departments**:
○ Work with departments such as Therapy, Photography, and Assistant Teachers to integrate vocational skills into students’ learning schedules.
- **Extracurricular Activities**:
○ Participate in and lead extracurricular activities to ensure student engagement in a wide range of experiences.

○ Support the organization of special events, field trips, and workshops.
- **Collaboration with Parents and Caregivers**:
○ Maintain regular communication with parents regarding student progress.

○ Participate in Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTM) and parent support groups.
- **Assessment and Documentation**:
○ Conduct regular student assessments and maintain organized records of lesson plans, assessments, and progress reports.
- **Interdisciplinary Involvement**:
○ Collaborate with therapists and other educators to create comprehensive development plans for students.
- **Professional Development**:
○ Stay updated with the latest special education practices through workshops and training sessions.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹336,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
