This role involves end-to-end campaign management across digital platforms, data-driven optimization, and brand building aligned with Aliens Group’s vision.Performance Marketing & StrategyDevelop and execute performance marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and conversions.Manage and optimize paid campaigns across digital channels (Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, etc.) including budget allocation, bid management, and ROI optimization.Conduct market research, customer segmentation, and competitor analysis to refine targeting and messaging.Analyze and report on key performance metrics (CPA, ROAS, CLV, CTR, Conversion Rates) to guide data-driven decisions.Leverage marketing tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and other analytics platforms for insights and performance tracking.Brand Marketing & CommunicationDevelop and implement brand strategies aligned with Aliens Group’s long-term vision and business goals.Ensure consistent brand representation across all marketing channels — digital, print, outdoor, social media, and events.Collaborate with Creative, Content, and Sales teams to produce compelling campaigns and marketing assets.Lead impactful marketing campaigns for new and ongoing projects to maximize visibility and engagement.Monitor brand sentiment, ensuring prompt responses to maintain a positive public image.Leadership & CollaborationLead and mentor a team of digital marketing specialists to foster growth, innovation, and high performance.Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners, including media agencies, influencers, and industry stakeholders.Manage marketing budgets effectively to ensure cost-efficient execution and measurable ROI.Analytics & InnovationPrepare and present campaign performance reports and insights to senior management.Stay updated on industry trends, emerging tools, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.Implement continuous optimization and innovation in campaign execution to achieve superior & Skills:Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferably from Tier-1 colleges.2+ years of experience in digital/performance marketing, preferably in real estate or a high-growth industry.Proficiency in digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads, etc.) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Data Studio, etc.).Strong analytical mindset with expertise in performance metrics and data interpretation.Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.Creative thinker with a strategic and result-oriented approach.
