Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Hyderabad for a Manager/Head of Structural Design at Aliens Group Pvt. Ltd. The responsibilities include managing design projects from concept to completion, coordinating with various design teams, ensuring adherence to relevant codes and standards, and overseeing the development of structural designs. The role requires regular collaboration with stakeholders to ensure design objectives are met, conducting design reviews, and providing technical guidance to the team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering . A Master's degree in or certification Structural Engineering / Architecture or certification Design Management is preferred.  Experience: o 7+ years of experience in structural engineering, with at least 3 years in a design management role. o Proven experience in leading multidisciplinary design teams on large-scale construction projects. o In-depth knowledge of building materials, structural systems, and engineering design software (Auto Cad, Revit, ETABS, etc.).  Skills: o Strong project management and leadership abilities. o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectiveness, teams, and stakeholders. o Proficient in structural analysis and design software. o Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks deadliness. o Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and sustainability practices.
