Position : Team Lead for Full Stack Web DeveloperExperience : 8 to 10 yearsLocation : DelhiNo of Positions : 1Education : BE/BTech in Computer Science, Information Technology or Electronics and CommunicationKey Responsibilities : - End-to-end ownership for the full development lifecycle and strive to write code which is easy to test, debug and monitor- Closely working with the end users and operation team and act in very rapid cycles using scrum methodologies- Lead a development team of 10+ dynamic software engineers.- Should collaborate with the team to implement the Design and review the change-sets made by team.- Should be responsible for delivering modules full-filling all the performance matrices.- Design And Deployment should be with respect to Cloud Aware Architecture(AWS, S3, Route53, CDN, etc)- All implementation would be based on Multi Server Architecture with Multiple Cache Layer (using PHP, Redis, Twig, Javascript, SQL, Mongo.)- Should Write Best Optimal SQL Queries.- Should Train and mentor the juniors in the team.Candidate Requirements : - BE/BTech in Computer Science, Information Technology or Electronics and Communication- Should have minimum 65% through out the academics.- Should have good knowledge on Common design patterns.- Should have strong knowledge and hands on experience working in OOPs (C++ / Java / Python / C# / PHP ).- Should have hands-on Experience working on Web Technologies, Cloud Aware Design.- Should have strong knowledge and hands on experience of writing best optimal SQL Queries.- Should be Proficient in Any Scripting Language.- Should be strong with analytics and problem solving skills- Should have good inter-personal communication skills.- Past experience on developing a web platform to handle large concurrent user base would be a huge plus.- Contribution to Open Source will be a great advantage (ref:hirist.tech)
