As we continue to scale, we need a HubSpot Specialist to optimize our CRM, implement automation, and manage integrations with key platforms such as Aircall, QuickBooks, Microsoft Teams, and WordPress .

Role Overview

The HubSpot Specialist will be responsible for managing HubSpot CRM, automation, data segmentation, and integrations to ensure smooth sales, marketing, and customer support operations. This role requires strong hands-on experience in HubSpot automation and integration management , with a focus on optimizing workflows and ensuring accurate data flow across platforms.

Key ResponsibilitiesHubSpot CRM & Automation

  • Build and optimize workflows and automation to streamline marketing, sales, and customer service processes.
  • Manage and maintain CRM data integrity, segmentation, and reporting .
  • Set up and optimize deal pipelines, lifecycle stages, and lead tracking for business growth.

HubSpot Integrations & Process Optimization

  • Manage integrations between HubSpot and platforms like Aircall, QuickBooks, Microsoft Teams, and WordPress .
  • Ensure smooth data synchronization and resolve integration-related issues.
  • Collaborate with leadership to improve process efficiency using HubSpot automation .

Cross-Functional Support

  • Work with sales, marketing, and customer support teams to align HubSpot strategies with business goals .
  • Provide training and support on best practices for using HubSpot effectively.
  • Maintain dashboard reports and analytics to track key performance metrics.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Strong experience in HubSpot CRM , including automation, workflows, and pipeline management.
  • Experience with HubSpot integrations , particularly with Aircall, QuickBooks, Microsoft Teams, and WordPress .
  • Understanding of CRM data management , segmentation, and reporting.
  • Ability to optimize marketing and sales processes within HubSpot.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to troubleshoot and improve automation.
  • Excellent communication skills to work with cross-functional teams.

Compensation and Work Hours

  • Salary: $1,200 – $1,500 USD per month, based on experience and expertise.
  • Work Schedule: Full-time, aligned with Pacific Standard Time (PST)
