About the Role:
We're seeking a seasoned Sales Sr Business Development Manager / Business Development Director to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
Responsibilities:
- New Business Development: Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities within the IT services industry.
- Hunting and Farming: Actively prospect for new clients (Net New Sales) and upsell/cross-sell to existing customers (Existing New Sales).
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with C-Level key decision-makers at client organizations.
- Sales Process Management: Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation.
Requirements:
- Looking for an individual who has 10+ years of experience in Sales Business Development
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in the IT Service industry
- Experience in getting New Logos/New Business
- Experience in Hunting and Farming (NN-Net New Sales & EN-Existing New Sales)
- Much have experience in Selling Services hands-on.
Need to Ask the candidate:
Highlight Relevant Skills: Emphasize your experience in areas such as lead generation, sales pipeline management, and customer relationship building.
Quantify Achievements: Use metrics to demonstrate your past successes, such as sales quotas achieved, client acquisition numbers, or revenue generated.
