Job Title: Project Control Lead – Planning & Cost: (Power & Renewable Energy (Consultancy))Key Responsibilities: Leadproject planning and cost control functionsacross multiple Power and Renewable Energy consultancy projects. Develop and maintainproject schedules ,work breakdown structures (WBS) , andresource-loaded programsusing standard planning tools. Prepare and reviewtender cost estimations ,BOQs , andbudgetary proposalsin coordination with engineering and proposal teams. Prepare and monitorresource plansandmanpower histogramsto align with project timelines and deliverables. Track project progress and performance indicators (cost, schedule, productivity, and earned value). Support project managers inforecasting, variance analysis, and cash flow projections . Develop and maintaincost control systems , including budget tracking and change management. Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure integrated project control and reporting. Prepare periodicprogress and cost reportsfor management and client reviews. Ensure adherence to company project control procedures and continuous improvement of planning practices.Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor’s ofEngineering (Electrical / Mechanical / Civil / Renewable Energy)or related discipline. 10–15 yearsof relevant experience inconsultancy / owner’s engineer roles , preferably inPower Generation, Transmission, and Renewable Energyprojects (Solar / Wind / Hybrid). Strong background inproject planning, scheduling, and cost controlwithin an engineering consultancy environment. Expertise intender estimationandproject budgeting . Proficiency inPrimavera (P6) ,MS Project ,Excel , andcost management tools . Knowledge ofEPC project cycles ,earned value management (EVM) , andresource optimization . Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Preferred Attributes: Experience inlarge-scale renewable energy and power transmission projects . Familiarity withFIDIC or international contract standards . Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously. Strategic mindset with attention to technical and financial details.
