Job Title:Manager – Finance / Cost Controller Analyst Location:Thaiyur, ChennaiKey Roles & Responsibilities Plan and directmanagement accounting activitiesincluding cost & variance analysis, monthly performance analysis, investment decisions, balance sheet management, and decision support for manufacturing units. Ensurestrict adherence to processes and internal controls , fostering a compliance-driven culture within the factory. Leadfinancial monitoringof units and drive implementation of corrective actions where required. Execute thebusiness planning process , including budget preparation, rolling forecasts, and monthly performance reviews. Ensure robustinformation systemsare in place for management and financial accounting purposes. Manage thefinance and accounting team , ensuring skill development and training. Maintainbusiness and financial controlsand ensure full organizational compliance. Implementproduction inventory controls– periodic physical verification, perpetual count, and management of obsolete inventory. Oversee thefactory P&Land prepare regularperformance MIS reportsfor review with key stakeholders. Drivecost optimizationand leadcost-saving initiativesacross operations. Serve as amember of the Factory Management Team , ensuring adherence to general business practices. EvaluateCapex proposals , manage budgets, and monitor spending. Ensurevendor account reconciliationand timely resolution of disputes. Leadglobal factory performance reportingand support cross-functional collaboration with commercial teams.Skills and Experience Required Education:CA / ICWA Experience:3–5 years in Finance & Accounting within amanufacturing setup , preferably inConsumer Durables or FMCG . Strong understanding ofProduct Costing ,Manufacturing Accounting , andInternal Controls . Proven experience inshort- and mid-term planning ,cost management , andnet asset management .
