Job Title:Manager – Finance / Cost Controller AnalystLocation:Thaiyur, ChennaiKey Roles & Responsibilities Plan and directmanagement accounting activitiesincluding cost & variance analysis, monthly performance analysis, investment decisions, balance sheet management, and decision support for manufacturing units. Ensurestrict adherence to processes and internal controls, fostering a compliance-driven culture within the factory. Leadfinancial monitoringof units and drive implementation of corrective actions where required. Execute thebusiness planning process, including budget preparation, rolling forecasts, and monthly performance reviews. Ensure robustinformation systemsare in place for management and financial accounting purposes. Manage thefinance and accounting team, ensuring skill development and training. Maintainbusiness and financial controlsand ensure full organizational compliance. Implementproduction inventory controls– periodic physical verification, perpetual count, and management of obsolete inventory. Oversee thefactory P&Land prepare regularperformance MIS reportsfor review with key stakeholders. Drivecost optimizationand leadcost-saving initiativesacross operations. Serve as amember of the Factory Management Team, ensuring adherence to general business practices. EvaluateCapex proposals, manage budgets, and monitor spending. Ensurevendor account reconciliationand timely resolution of disputes. Leadglobal factory performance reportingand support cross-functional collaboration with commercial teams.Skills and Experience Required Education:CA / ICWA Experience:3–5 years in Finance & Accounting within amanufacturing setup, preferably inConsumer Durables or FMCG. Strong understanding ofProduct Costing,Manufacturing Accounting, andInternal Controls. Proven experience inshort- and mid-term planning,cost management, andnet asset management.
