Job descriptionJob Title: Manager Costing for a leading Food processing co at HosurLocation: HosurExperience: 7+ years & above in any manufacturing co preferably from FMCGKey Responsibilities:- Lead the product costing process, including standard cost setting, variance analysis, and cost optimization strategies. - Analyse manufacturing costs, identify cost-saving opportunities, and support operational efficiency initiatives. - Prepare and review monthly cost reports, inventory valuations, and profitability analysis. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Production, Procurement, Sales) to ensure accurate cost allocation and control. - Ensure accurate and timely SAP entries related to costing (CO module), and support integration with FICO and SD modules. - Drive budgeting and forecasting processes related to manufacturing costs. - Support internal and statutory audits with relevant costing data and documentation. - Continuously improve costing processes and systems to enhance transparency and decision-making.Required Qualifications & Skills:CMA / ICWA qualified.- 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing setup, preferably in the FMCG industry. - Strong expertise in SAP (CO, FICO, SD modules) and MS Excel. - In-depth knowledge of product costing, cost control, and inventory management. - Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - CTC: Based on your experience - If your profile suits our JD, Pl share your updated resume to jobs@banyantalenthr.com
