The role involves overseeing project planning, production planning, and ensuring efficient resource allocation. Responsibilities include preparing cost estimates, managing project timelines, and implementing project control measures. The Planning & Costing Engineer will coordinate with various teams to ensure projects are executed within budget and on schedule while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.Qualifications- Strong expertise in Planning and Production Planning - Proficiency in Project Control and Analytical skills - Excellent Communication skills to facilitate collaboration - Ability to analyze and manage project costs effectively - Relevant educational background in engineering or related field - Experience in the real estate or construction industry is preferred - Ability to work efficiently in an on-site team environment
