IT Infra & Tech Support:

- Endpoint Hardware/Software stock monitoring, procurement, allocation and lifecycle management

- Hardware, Software, License and Agreement Management

- Domain and Workgroup profile management

- Printer and Scanner Inventory Management

- Endpoint Patch Management and Software Compliance

- MIS management: Up keeping of complete IT Asset register for hardware, software, usage, installation and effective use of IT resources

- Information and Cyber security compliance with respect to endpoint security

- Vendor Management for Endpoint user support, asset allocation, escalation handling etc.

- Periodic asset heath check reviews across branches.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and ensure timely delivery of physical infrastructure buildouts across branches

- Capacity planning and ensuring full time endpoint user support for all users

- Lead the adoption and delivery of automation to streamline and improve services for the business

- Takes ownership of the Endpoint project process, project deliverables, and communication frameworks including administration of project collaboration tools and document repositories.

- Interacts with all levels of the organization, including senior members of the IT organization and external vendors and ensure

- Ensure 100% system availability, and 24/7 support of critical users' system services to ensure the highest availability standards.

- Monitor SLA & submit the monthly performance of SLA reports.

- Monitor daily call logs for terminals with the help of IT support team.

- Capacity planning of the entire network considering future requirements.

- Maintain current knowledge of all technical issues related to firewalls, routers & switches and show keen interest in developing & implementing best practices in the industry.

- Introducing new technologies and upgradation of the old NW/Security platform.
