Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Partnership Development:
  • Identify, evaluate, and establish strategic partnerships that align with NPST's business objectives and growth strategy.
  • Develop and execute partnership strategies to drive revenue growth, enhance market presence, and expand NPST's ecosystem.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, ensuring mutual value and long-term collaboration.
  • Leadership and Team Management:
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing partnerships team.
  • Set clear goals, provide regular feedback, and manage performance to ensure the team's success.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence within the partnerships team.
  • Market Analysis and Opportunity Identification:
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential partners and emerging trends in the fintech industry.
  • Analyze the competitive landscape and industry dynamics to inform partnership strategies.
  • Leverage market insights to identify and capitalize on new partnership opportunities.
  • Negotiation and Contract Management:
  • Lead negotiations with potential partners to secure favorable terms and agreements.
  • Oversee the drafting, review, and execution of partnership contracts.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in all partnership agreements.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, product, and legal teams, to align partnership efforts with overall business goals.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure seamless integration and execution of partnership initiatives.
  • Act as a liaison between partners and internal teams to address any issues and optimize collaboration.
  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

Qualifications:

  • An MBA or advanced degree from tier 1 or 2 institutes is preferred.

  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in partnership development, business development, or related roles, preferably in the fintech industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully establishing and managing strategic partnerships.
